An addendum to Triumph des Willens, this film short film profiles the German army which was noticeable in its absence from that project. Due to the army's protestations,  Riefenstahl was asked to edit together outtakes and film maneuvers of the army in keeping with Triumph. The excellent composition, imagery and rhythm of is full length predecessor are evident throughout.

Considered lost for many years, it has resurfaced on independent video releases as well as the DVD "Short" film series (number 8).
